Cooking Demo & Dinner with our very own Chef Rita
Russotto at 1226 Prospect Ave, Brooklyn, NY, 11218.

Let’s recreate the magic of your visit to Sicily—this time in the heart of New York! It’s a chance to savor Mediterranean flavors, share stories, and enjoy a delightful evening together.

What’s on the menu?

Chef Rita will guide you through preparing and enjoying authentic Sicilian dishes:

• Melanzane abbuttunate con purea di pomodoro (Stuffed Eggplants with tomato puree)
• Impanata di baccalà e patate (Codfish and potatoes pie)
• Pasta con cavolfiori, pinoli, uvetta e zafferano (Pasta with Cauliflower, pinenuts, raisins and zafran )
• Genovesi di Erice (Ravioli al forno con crema pasticcera)  (Baked pastry cream ravioli)

Here are the available dates:

• January 18th
• January 20th 
• January 22nd

⏰ Time: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

👩‍🍳 Maximum Guests: 22 per session (spots are limited, so act fast!)
